FBC Cable Processing Machine
Integrated with the FBC Laser Wire Stripper to provide total support for cable processing.
Advanced Jacket Stripper

Reliable Removal of Outer Jackets, Inner Dielectrics, and Metal Foil Shields After Laser Processing
Depending on the cable characteristics, either a rubber clamp or a blade clamp can be selected to ensure stable stripping, even for cables that are difficult to process manually or with conventional stripping tools.

Advanced Shield Stripper

Stripping Pre-Soldered Braided and Serve-Shielded Wires After Laser Processing
Pre-soldered braided shield wires are bent upward and downward at the laser processing position, then clamped and stripped. For serve-shielded wires, the shield is bent upward and downward using a rotating brush and then brushed off.

Advanced Soldering Machine

Provides consistent, high-quality pre-soldering of cable conductors using a solder bath immersion process.
The system delivers reliable pre-soldering for shield wires, center conductors, and metal foil shields. Key process parameters—including immersion depth, immersion speed, and dwell time—are digitally controlled and managed through programmable recipes.

Advanced Wire Cutter

Delivers high-precision conductor cutting with a rigid, durable shearing mechanism.
Delivers high-precision conductor cutting with a rigid, durable shearing mechanism.
Sharing the same positioning reference as other FBC stripping systems, it ensures highly accurate conductor trimming for consistent finished dimensions.

Experience FBC Technology at Our Yokohama Lab
You are welcome to visit our Yokohama Lab to see the FBC Laser Wire Stripper and related equipment in operation.
If you would like us to process your samples, please send them to us in advance. Our engineers will determine the optimum processing conditions before your visit.
As developing the processing parameters requires time, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting first-time sample processing on the day of your visit.
