We will exhibit at Productronica2023 at Messe Muenchen in Munich, Germany.Visit us to explore our sample exhibits and view panel displays of our newest equipment. We look forward to welcoming all of you to our booth.
An article featuring our laser harness processing machine, which we manufacture and sell, was published on the front page of the September 18 and 25, 2023 issues of Den-Sen Shimbun (Kogyo Tsushin Co., Ltd.). Our laser processing machines are used in a wide range of fields, including medical and automotive applications, for processing ultra-fine coaxial…
We have released the Advanced Jacket Stripper AJS-100, a device that strips the jacket and insulation cut by our laser jacket cutter JC series. By controlling a combination of precision motors and air cylinders, stripping can be performed under optimal conditions for each wire.
We have developed and released a high-performance wire cutter featuring high-rigidity, high-durability shearing blades for high-precision, high-quality cable cutting. By using the same positioning reference as the FBC laser cutting machine, the core wire is cut with precision, resulting in high-precision finished dimensions. FURUKAWA BUSSAN CO.,LTD. ATTENDED 36TH INTERNEPCON JAPAN EXHIBITION AT TOKYO BIG SIGHT.
The FBC Laser Wire Stripper has been adopted for the machining of micro coaxial cables, which supports the miniaturization and high performance of medical devices In recent years, medical devices such as ultrasound diagnostic systems, endoscopes, and various medical probes have been undergoing a trend toward miniaturization and weight reduction—aimed at improving ease of use…
We have developed and released a high-performance pre-soldering device that achieves consistent pre-soldering by immersing the cable conductor section in a solder bath. It ensures a consistent solder pre-coat on shielded wires, center conductors, and metal foil shields. Various parameters—such as immersion depth, speed, and time—can be numerically controlled and managed via recipes. Click here…
We have developed and released a stripping device for pre-soldered braided shielded cables and horizontally wound shielded cables after laser processing. For pre-soldering braided shielded wire, bend it up and down at the laser processing position, then clamp it and strip. For spiral shielded wire, use a rotating brush to bend the shield up and…
We will exhibit at the 37th Internepcon Japan 2023 at Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo, Japan. We will exhibit demonstration machines such as laser machines for harness processing, strip machines, laser welding equipment, and metal wire welding machines. We will also demonstrate sample processing.See you at our booth!
FURUKAWA BUSSAN CO.,LTD. ATTENDED 36TH INTERNEPCON JAPAN EXHIBITION AT TOKYO BIG SIGHT.
OUR COMPANY IS GOING TO ATTEND THE NEPCON JAPAN 2021 FROM JANUARY 20TH TO 22ND AT TOKYO BIG SIGHT, BUT DUE TO THE DECLARATION OF A STATE OF EMERGENCY BY THE JAPANESE GOVERNMENT ON JANUARY 7 IN CONNECTION WITH THE SPREAD OF A CORONAVIRUS INFECTION, WE HAD BEEN CHANGED THE EXHIBITION APPROACH AS FOLLOWS. EXHIBITION…
We have developed and released a new model of laser shield cutter equipped with a YVO4 laser, which is suitable for processing metal shields and metal foil shields. Using our proprietary four-way laser irradiation, we can process shielded wires and metal foil shields uniformly around their entire circumference, enabling high-quality, high-precision processing while minimizing the…
We have developed and released a new model of laser jacket cutter equipped with a CO₂ laser, suitable for processing outer jackets and internal dielectrics. Because CO₂ lasers are reflected off the surface of metallic conductors, it is possible to selectively process only the outer sheath and internal dielectric without damaging the conductor. Furthermore, by…
